| The next two pages in the book (below) were created for the Blessing of the new Comper reredos in the Holy House in 1959. This had been commissioned to commemorate the 900th anniversary of the Shrine, and became a memorial to Fr Patten, who died in 1958. The crucifix and candlesticks were also given as a memorial to him. | |

| The back cover of the service book is blank but has had a piece cut out of it at the bottom, which was probably where Enid Chadwick's colophon was - her name and the dates she created the two sections. | |
